Bring a drawing, a reference chair, or just a market brief. We engineer, tool, test and mass-produce it under your name — in our own factory, not a broker's.
Proven platforms to start fromMost private-label programmes launch faster by adapting an existing model than by designing from zero.
Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo of a competitor's chair, or a target price and market. Our product team reviews feasibility, configuration and compliance before quoting.
Your designs, drawings and target pricing stay confidential — NDA signed before you send anything, on request.

Pick your route
The three differ in how much you bring and how much we build. Starting from an existing model is usually the fastest, lowest-risk route; a fully new design takes longer but sets your line apart.
You bring a logo, colours and packaging requirements.
Best for distributors and retailers that need to reach the market quickly.
Brand an existing model →You bring a confirmed design, specifications and branding.
Best for brands with a finished product that need a dependable factory.
Send drawings for review →You bring a market brief, a target price and required standards.
Best for brands launching or expanding an office seating line.
Send a market brief →Send what you have — a photo, a price target, a competitor's catalogue page. We will tell you which route gets you there cheapest, and say so if an existing model already does the job.
Ask us to advise →Specification
The level of customisation drives both cost and timing. Colours, logos and printed cartons are quick; new moulds, new mechanisms and structural changes need development work — which is why we suggest MOQ only after specifications are confirmed.
| Component | Options | Effort |
|---|---|---|
| Frame & structure | Chair frame structure, seat and back shape, backrest height | Development |
| Mechanism | Tilt and recline mechanisms, including wire-controlled systems | Development |
| Back support | Lumbar support, headrest and backrest adjustment | Configuration |
| Armrests | Fixed, 3D, or multi-directional up to 8D | Configuration |
| Upholstery | Mesh (including Ice Mesh), fabric and foam, in your colours | Quick |
| Base & casters | Base material and finish, casters and gas lift class | Configuration |
| Material performance | Waterproof, fire-retardant and antibacterial options | Configuration |
| Branding | Logo application, Pantone matching, branded cartons | Quick |
| Compliance | Configured around BIFMA X5.1, EN 1335 or your market's standard | Planned from day one |
Send your spec and we will mark each line "quick", "configuration" or "development".You see exactly which of your requirements is driving the price and the lead time — before you commit to any of them.

Seven stages. Nothing goes to tooling before you have held a prototype, and nothing goes to mass production before it has been tested.
Share your target market, price point, required standards and expected volumes. We identify what existing platforms can deliver and what genuinely needs development.
Our international design team plans the structure, the ergonomic configuration and the mechanism that fits your price point.
Samples are built for you to evaluate comfort, function and finish. Adjust until it is right — this is the stage to be difficult.
Self-developed moulds are created where your design needs them, with exclusive options so the tooling serves only your programme.
Base strength, back durability, armrest stability and caster wear on site, with third-party laboratory verification for selected products.
ERP-supported workflows keep each batch consistent, and every chair is function-tested before packing.
Cartons printed with your brand and product information, packed and shipped through our global logistics network.
Packaging artwork. Send logo files, carton marks, barcodes and label requirements at stage 1 — artwork approved early keeps packaging from holding up a finished container.
Send artwork with your brief →Engineering assets
Custom office chair manufacturers differ most in what they can engineer, not in what they can assemble. These are the assets behind an OEM programme here.
Patented backrest tilt, seat support and headrest structures — real differentiation you can claim in your own marketing.
Cable-driven controls that replace traditional levers. Hard to copy, and a clear selling point against chairs that look similar on a marketplace listing.
Friction-resistant mesh for breathable, durable backs and seats — the material behind our warm-climate range.
Ongoing investment in new and optimised moulds, which is what makes an exclusive variant a schedule rather than a maybe.
The same team that designs the chair can prepare marketing materials matched to your brand positioning and local market.
Where your design needs its own tooling, that tooling can be reserved for your programme — so the model does not turn up under a competitor's name.

Start from a platform
Each of these is already tooled, tested and in production. Adapting one is the difference between launching this season and launching next year.

Boss chairs, guest seating and wobble stools round out a full private-label range.A complete line from one factory means one packing standard, one set of reports and one contact for the whole catalogue.

Whichever of these you have on hand is enough to start — you do not need all six.
A drawing, a reference chair or photos — or a market brief if you want us to develop it.
First-order quantity and expected annual volume per model.
Destination market and the standards the chair must meet there.
Material, colour, mechanism and armrest requirements.
Logo files, packaging and labelling requirements, plus your target price and schedule.
Have two of the five? Send those. We would rather start the feasibility conversation now than wait for a complete brief that takes you three weeks to assemble.
Share What I Have →Compliance planning
Compliance is decided at specification stage, not discovered at inspection. Tell us the destination and the chair is configured and tested for it from the first sample.
| Market | Standard your buyers expect | What we plan in |
|---|---|---|
| United States & Canada | ANSI/BIFMA X5.1; CA TB 117 on upholstery | BIFMA-tested configuration with reports in your model's name |
| European Union | EN 1335-1/2/3 for office work chairs | EN 1335 dimensions and testing, full documentation pack |
| United Kingdom | BS 5852 ignition resistance | Compliant upholstery specified before the first sample is cut |
| Middle East & SEA | Heat and humidity durability | Ice Mesh and ventilated builds, corrosion-treated metal parts |
| Every market | Proof of a working quality system | ISO 9001; SGS, BV and TÜV audits; 580+ reports on file |
An OEM chair is produced in bulk from a design, specification and branding you have already confirmed. An ODM chair is developed for you — we handle structure planning, ergonomic configuration and mechanism selection, then build it under your private label.
Colours from available materials, logos and printed cartons are the lightest changes. New moulds, new mechanisms or structural changes require development and tooling, so MOQ and lead time are suggested after your specifications are confirmed rather than quoted blind.
Yes. Through ODM we develop a new model around your market brief, and exclusive mould options keep the design differentiated from other chairs in your market.
No. We sign an NDA before you send anything, on request. Where your programme has its own tooling, that tooling is reserved for you.
Private label on an existing model is fastest — samples in 7–10 days and production in 25–35 days. A new design with its own tooling takes longer, and we give you a stage-by-stage schedule at the feasibility review rather than one optimistic number.
It depends on exclusivity and volume. Adapting an existing platform usually needs no new tooling at all; a dedicated mould is quoted openly, with the cost and the amortisation across your volume shown separately from the chair price.
Yes — logo application and colour matching on the chair, cartons printed with your brand and product information, packed so shipments can go straight to your end customers. Our in-house design team can also produce your marketing materials.
Next step
A drawing, a photo, or three lines about your market — whichever you have. We will tell you what it costs, what it needs, and whether an existing model already does the job.
