A manufacturer. We own and operate the plant, develop our own moulds and mechanisms, and run our own assembly and testing. Nothing on this page is subcontracted, which is why we invite audits instead of avoiding them.
Over 40,000. The production slot for your specific order depends on models, customisation level and quantity, and is confirmed when the quotation is issued.
The in-house testing centre checks base strength, back durability, armrest stability and caster wear, and every chair is function-tested before packing. Products are tested to BIFMA X5.1 and EN 1335, with BS 5852 and CA TB 117 options depending on configuration. We are audited by SGS, BV and TÜV.
Samples ship in 7–10 days; production runs 25–35 days from approved sample and deposit, depending on quantity and season. A catalogue chair in available materials and a new model with an exclusive mould follow very different schedules, so we confirm timing per model rather than publish one number.
Yes. We already host SGS, BV and TÜV audits and are happy to receive an inspector you appoint, at the stage of production you specify.
Both. OEM covers bulk production of your confirmed design; ODM covers structure design, mechanism selection, prototyping and production from a market brief. Exclusive mould agreements are available so the model stays yours.
